After the certificate
What graduates of the three institutes get: the opt-in graduate register employers search, the network's job boards, continuing masterclasses at alumni rates, the annual online conference, and the CSM-ISM route for those who move into management.
A certificate is the start. Graduates of any of the three institutes join one alumni body with one register, and it is the register that does the work: employers on the network search it by country and pathway, and the therapists on it are contacted directly, with no fee on either side.
The register
Opt in at graduation; keep your location, languages and availability current; verify your certificate number publicly on the Institute of Spa Management. Withdraw at any time.
