Refund policy
Refunds for courses enrolled through the International Institute: 14-day full refund before one module is opened, transfer to a later cohort within 12 months thereafter; partner-school practical hours per the school's published policy, which accreditation requires.
Two parts, because two parties teach you.
Online theory (institute courses)
Full refund within 14 days of the cohort start if no more than one module has been opened; after that, one transfer to a later cohort within twelve months at no charge. Fee-waiver places are not refundable and not transferable.
Practical hours (partner schools)
Each partner school publishes its own refund policy as a condition of accreditation; it is shown on the school's page and given to you before you pay. Disputes not resolved with the school can be escalated to us in writing.
