The network holds more than 20,000 spa and salon listings and trains the people who work in them. The employer hub connects the two: search the graduate register for certified therapists, beauticians and receptionists; host practical hours for students near you; sponsor your own staff through any course at corporate rates; and post jobs to the network's boards. All of it is free for employers whose spa or salon is listed and claimed on the network's engines.
The graduate register
Every graduate of the three institutes who opts in appears with pathway, certificate, practical hours completed, languages and location. Employers search by country and pathway and contact candidates directly. No placement fee to either side, ever.
Host practical hours
A spa or salon with a qualified senior therapist can host logged practical hours for pathway students without becoming a full partner school — a lighter agreement, a short standards check and a badge on your listing. Hosts get first sight of the students they train.
Sponsor staff
Corporate rates from three learners on any course; employer invoicing; completion reports. Manager and director training runs through the Institute of Spa Management and the Global Institute.

Is the register live?
It opens with the first graduating cohorts; employers can register interest now and are notified when candidates in their country appear.
Do you screen candidates?
We verify the certificate and hours. Interviewing, references and licensing checks are the employer's.
